The Eau Gallie Arts District is known for its galleries and Foosner Art Museum. Period buildings, such as the Rossetter House Museum & Gardens, were restored to their 1908 appearance.

MANAGEMENT FEE
Our rates are reasonable for property owners, and our management fee is only 8% of your monthly rental price with a $95 minimum. When your property is vacant, you pay nothing for our management services
LEASING FEE
Our leasing cost, which covers all of your property's marketing and the MLS listing, is only 75% of one month's rent when you sign up for rental property management with us. The best aspect is that you don't have to pay anything until you rent out your property.
